Your organization has a great culture. Morale is good,
and you think you have a shot at getting on the Fortune “100 Best Companies” list. You know that 2/3
of the score is based on a confidential employee survey, but then there are all those other questions. So much information
to gather. Such a lot of writing. Where do you even begin?
Ultimately, getting on that list depends largely
on what your employees have to say. But if you can’t do a credible job with the open-ended questions, you’re losing
a lot of points for no reason.
It can be hard knowing what details best tell your story. And who is going
to have the time to gather all that information and write it up? Yet the rewards for getting on "the list" are great.
Your company gets the recognition it deserves, morale soars even more and talented prospects clamor to compete for every job
opening.
I’ve helped companies make the most of their Great Place to Work applications for a dozen
years.
I have double that many years’ experience with work-life and “best employer”
initiatives. I know the field, I know the trends, and I know the applications. I can look at what you’ve written and
suggest ways to tell the story better. Or I can just take all the writing off your hands, completely.
If this sounds like a good idea to you, drop me a line. Let me know the kind of help you wish you could have and we’ll
set up a time to talk. Once I know more about your organization, your needs and your budget, I’ll propose a customized
process that puts your company in the best possible position to get the recognition it deserves.

You don't have to take my clients' word for
it. Check out some samples of actual "Best Company" submissions I've written. Or send me a few paragraphs from a previous submission your organization
made to a Best Company awards competition--you can even send me a page from something you're working on now. I'll
revise and provide suggestions for strategy, at no charge. Send your sample text to robin@robinhardman.com.
